“Coaching generates learning and clarity for forward action with commitment to measurable outcomes.  The vast majority of companies say they at least made their investment back…the return on investment is 86%.”  1

I am a trained Erickson International Coach and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

“Coaching is a creative partnership with your client, focusing on designing and implementing specific, meaningful changes in your client's personal and/or professional life”. 2

I also have a Masters degree in Lacanian psychoanalysis and even though coaching is neither therapy nor consulting - it is very much about identifying and attaining the client’s professional goals - this helps me gain insight into the thought process and functions giving real depth to my style of coaching.

I partner with my clients to maximize their professional potential.

“Jane really helped push me forward when I was struggling with a new project – she got me thinking about things in a fresh way that got me out the rut I was in. Now, if I’m similarly ‘stuck’ I think back to how we worked together and use the same techniques.  The methods I learned from Jane have had a very positive ripple effect in all kinds of areas of my working and personal life”.

We will explore and reflect on ways to improve, change, develop and grow, both self, others and therefore, business.

Coaching can bring fresh perspectives to professional challenges, enhance decision-making skills, facilitate interpersonal effectiveness and increase confidence.  This leads to improvement in productivity, satisfaction and the attainment of goals.

I can offer coaching in English or in French.
